I tried and it works so stable. You can use for change your Ip Adresses and solve the DNS problems.

Setup Steps:

1- Download Google Chrome

2- Click Here for Add-In

3 – Type your e-mail adress and change your password. ( You have to do for access your settings every computer and login. )

4- Choose a country which is close by Turkey.

Note: You can choose German proxy VDS. It is better than other countries’ .
